Job Overview:

This leadership role plays a pivotal part in overseeing manufacturing initiatives, particularly those related to electrical systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to convert prototype hardware into manufacturable products.
  • Maintain effective relationships with contract manufacturers through proactive communication and strategic alignment.
  • Identify and address design, manufacturing, and assembly process issues at an early stage.
  • Manage project oversight, including mechanical and electronics manufacture, and assembly troubleshooting.
  • Analyze Gerber files to ensure accurate component placement.
Key Requirements:
  • Over 10 years of experience in a relevant field, with prior experience working with electronics contract manufacturers - SMT and Box Build.
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechatronic, manufacturing, industrial, electronics).
  • Strong project management skills, including remote team management.
  • Experience in manufacturing electronic products within a globally regulated market.
