About this role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a challenging position as Head of Projects and Innovation. This is a key leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about process optimization, innovation, and strategic planning.

This role will play a critical part in driving business success by developing and implementing innovative solutions that align with our organizational goals. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our executive team and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, change management, and process optimization. They will be a natural leader who can inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will need to build relationships with various stakeholders across the organization.

About the responsibilities

As the Head of Projects and Innovation, your main responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing and implementing process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making.
  3. Fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
  4. Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  5. Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans.


About the requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, change management, or process optimization.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
