We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to drive business growth in a new market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new accommodation partners, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives to scale our accommodation business.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to increase our presence in the Australian market.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with accommodation providers to drive growth and revenue.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to drive business expansion.
- Bachelor Degree from reputable University
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Proven follow up/persistence when facing challenging situations
- Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels, with a proven track record to execute in ambiguous environments.
- Organization and time management skills, rigor, attention to details
- Relationship builder; earn the confidence of others
- Presents ideas and directives clearly and persuasively; active listen when spoken/presented to.
- Ability to effectively communicate to various levels and through a variety of communication channels
- A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the fast-changing and dynamic industry, and synthesize learnings into strategic growth levers that generate tangible business impacts.
