Business Development Managers are key figures in our Motor Dealership Finance team. Their primary focus is to cultivate and maintain profitable relationships with dealerships across QLD & Regional NSW.

As a business mentor, they support their network of dealerships to build strong networks and increase finance penetration and income per retail unit sold.

The role involves:

  • Providing an exceptional experience to dealerships and their customers
  • Managing a sales funnel and following up on leads and opportunities to completion
  • Offering top-notch servicing support regarding new loan inquiries, applications, or existing loans
  • Supporting broader business initiatives to enhance performance, efficiencies, and customer satisfaction
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Exceptional business development and relationship management skills with proven experience in the dealership space
  • A well-rounded understanding of both retail and wholesale credit
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, backed by a history of providing memorable service and advice
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment while maintaining outstanding customer service levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Thorough understanding of consumer lending legislation
  • Current and full driver's license
