Job Title: Process Operations Specialist

This role plays a vital part in achieving development and production targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring crushing, milling, leaching and related plant equipment, as well as adjusting process parameters to maintain stable production performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating and monitoring crushing, milling, leaching and related plant equipment
  • Adjusting process parameters to maintain stable production performance
  • Conducting inspections, recording data, and completing shift logs/handovers
  • Responding to alarms, equipment issues, and process deviations
  • Assisting with troubleshooting, maintenance support, and shutdowns
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment through housekeeping duties
Requirements
  • Certificate III/IV in Process Plant Operations or equivalent experience
  • Current National Police Clearance and ability to pass medicals/drug & alcohol screening
  • Basic computer literacy for reporting and data entry
  • Confined Space, Working at Heights, or First Aid certificates
  • Forklift, skid steer, telehandler, EWP, or loader licence (site dependent)

Residing locally in the Goldfields region of Western Australia is preferred for this position.
