Dynamic Front Office Team Member

We are looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Porter to join our Front Office team.
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
- Assist with luggage, directions, and general guest inquiries
- Provide valet parking services, driving both automatic and manual vehicles
- Offer local knowledge and concierge-style recommendations
- Maintain the presentation of lobby and entrance areas
- Collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth guest journeys
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid Australian driver's license
- Confidence in driving both automatic and manual vehicles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Physical capability to assist with manually handling luggage, and stand for extended periods
- Availability for rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays
- The ability to legally work in Australia on an ongoing basis
- Experience in a fast-paced, 5-star hotel in a similar role
