Front Office Team Member - Porter/Welcomer

We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented individual to join our Front Office team at the hotel. Our goal is to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and we're looking for someone who shares this vision.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. They will also provide assistance with luggage, directions, and general guest inquiries, showcasing excellent communication skills.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will offer local knowledge and concierge-style recommendations, enhancing the guest's experience and creating lifelong memories. They will maintain the presentation of lobby and entrance areas, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Collaboration with the Front Office team is essential to ensure smooth guest journeys, prioritizing their needs and exceeding expectations.

A valid driver's license is required for this role. The ideal candidate should be confident in driving both automatic and manual vehicles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building strong relationships with guests and colleagues.

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service is a must. The candidate should be physically capable of manually handling luggage and standing for extended periods. Availability for rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays, is required.

The ability to legally work in Australia on an ongoing basis is necessary. Experience in a fast-paced, 5-star hotel in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
