About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly energetic and motivated individual to take on a dynamic front office role within our organization.

As a front office professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and departure process, and building strong relationships with our guests to drive repeat business.

You will also be responsible for supporting your front office team in general operational tasks, taking guest reservations, and performing credit card responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist guests arriving and departing the hotel through the check-in and departure process
  • Handle general enquiries and engage with our guests to provide a positive experience
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to drive repeat business
  • Support your front office team in general operational tasks
  • Take guest reservations and perform credit card responsibilities
