Our team is seeking an accomplished Front Office Professional to join us in providing exceptional guest service and exceeding expectations.

About the Role:
  • We welcome guests at check-in, verifying their reservations details and ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
  • As a front office professional, you will be responsible for attending to incoming calls, responding to queries, and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • You will accurately action all guest requests with prompt follow-through, while maintaining high levels of professionalism and adhering to procedures related to guest confidentiality and room key issuance.
  • Your primary goal will be to create innovative ways to up-sell additional services to our guests, driving revenue growth and enhancing their stay experience.
  • To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a strong eye for detail to ensure accurate data entry.
  • You will work closely with our team to maintain a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests at check-in, verifying their reservations details.

Requirements:

  • A sound knowledge of reservation systems, preferably Opera PMS or similar.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, adapting to changing circumstances.
  • A strong eye for detail to ensure accurate data entry.
  • An unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous work experience in a front office or reservations environment, preferably within a five-star hotel setting.
