Job Overview

Bellroy is expanding its global retail footprint, starting with the U.S. To achieve this, we are seeking a highly experienced Retail Store Growth Strategist to drive our expansion across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a multi-year retail store growth strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead site selection, lease negotiations, operational playbooks, P&L performance, and team leadership to ensure successful store openings and closures
  • Build high-performing teams from Area Managers to Store Managers who share our vision for exceptional customer experiences
  • Create operational standards and retail KPIs that scale without compromising quality

Requirements:
