Pastoral Practitioner Role

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Completion of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent.
  • Relevant pastoral or theological study.
  • Demonstrated understanding of working within complex organisations.
  • Understanding of diverse pastoral and spiritual needs.
  • Ability to empathise with vulnerable individuals.
  • Familiarity with various faiths, including Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, and Sikhism.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
