Spiritual Care Specialist

Ministering to the Spiritual Needs of Community Aged Care Clients
As a Chaplain you will be responsible for providing high-quality person-centred chaplaincy/pastoral care to community aged care clients in South West Sydney (primarily in the Campbelltown area).
We are seeking an individual with tertiary qualifications in chaplaincy/pastoral care or theological qualifications with a willingness to undertake chaplaincy/pastoral care specific training. They will demonstrate a high level of Christian spiritual maturity, have active involvement in and recommendation from a local Christian Church, and possess experience in chaplaincy or pastoral care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients in their homes or hospitals to provide spiritual and emotional support
- Deliver quality chaplaincy/pastoral care consistent with our purpose and values
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
