Key Responsibilities
  • Support the efficiency and effectiveness of the pastoral care team by contributing towards key goals
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with individuals and teams through nurturing communication and teamwork
  • Maintain ongoing professional development, focusing on personal growth, spiritual well-being, and community engagement
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting to support informed decision-making

Qualifications and Experience
  • Completion of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent training

  • Understanding of pastoral and spiritual needs of individuals receiving services
