
Strategic Business Partnership Lead

We are seeking an expert in strategic business partnership to lead a global commercial function. This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with senior leaders, supporting the development of key initiatives and projects.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, working with stakeholders from sales teams through to GMs, to understand their needs, challenge assumptions, and shape requirements into solutions that align with global platforms. This isn't just about gathering requirements; it's about asking why, uncovering the real business drivers, and ensuring what is delivered is practical, scalable, and adds value.
- Translate commercial objectives into tangible project deliverables in line with the project delivery lifecycle.
- Develop robust business cases in collaboration with stakeholders to secure investment and support.
- Partner with global technology teams (SAP, Salesforce, and others) to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and meet business needs.
- Support solution adoption, change management, and benefits realisation locally to drive commercial growth.
- Navigate a matrix structure, balancing global capabilities with local needs to achieve business outcomes.
- Bring curiosity, initiative, and ownership to influence how technology can best enable the commercial business and drive success.
