About This Role

We are seeking an experienced procurement specialist to support a key contract role offering the opportunity to lead the delivery of strategic sourcing initiatives within the Rail Network Renewals space.

  • Manage RFP development, release and evaluation to ensure commercially favourable outcomes for high-value contracts.
  • Lead commercial assessments and stakeholder engagement to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with governance and policy standards to maintain integrity.
  • Coordinate internal approvals and contribute to contract finalisation to drive project delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience managing procurement for capital projects.
  • Strong Excel and commercial modelling skills to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Confident in autonomous tender management and negotiation to achieve optimal results.
  • Exposure to performance-based contracting models to deliver value.
