At the forefront of category management, we are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to drive continuous improvement in our sourcing and contracts services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, leveraging market research and knowledge to achieve competitive advantage.
  • Manage procurement planning, go-to-market initiatives, assessment, negotiation, recommendation, award, implementation, and contract management with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support and influence Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives that promote sustainability and responsible business practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, reduce waste, and optimize value for money through data-driven insights and best practices.

We are looking for a seasoned Category Manager who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional results.

About You:

  • You possess relevant qualifications and demonstrated expertise in procurement, logistics, and/or supply chain, with a proven track record in category management sourcing and contracts experience.
  • You have gained practical experience in negotiating and confirming negotiated outcomes into contracts, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • You excel in sourcing, contracts, market research, 'should cost' analysis, and procurement planning/sourcing strategies, with a talent for identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
