About the Job
  • Proactively source, interview, and offer for positions across geology, underground and open pit mining, health and safety, administration, and corporate roles.
  • Build rapport and relationships with candidates in the gold industry through proactive approach and negotiation.
  • Develop alternate sourcing strategies to build talent pools for business roles.
  • Contribute to the improvement of employer branding and market recognition through targeted projects.
About You
  • Experience across the full talent acquisition process from strategic sourcing to offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Highly developed professional communication skills.
  • Desirable exposure to talent acquisition from either the mining or wider resources industry.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Able to travel to remote site locations occasionally for multiple days.
  • A current West Australian C Class driver's license and ability to obtain National Police Clearance for site access clearance purposes.
