Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Compliance Officer.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and the business, providing guidance aligned with regulatory expectations and our risk appetite.
  • Support the execution of our APAC Compliance strategy locally by delivering advisory services, conducting risk assessments, leading training initiatives and implementing effective controls.
  • Lead the review of new business initiatives to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies and ethical standards.
  • Participate in strategic working groups, offering proactive Compliance input.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of relevant trading regulations for key APAC markets, analytical skills and the ability to navigate a fast-paced industry landscape.

  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory matters to senior leadership and the business.
  • Delve into complex market dynamics and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of compliance efforts across the organization.
