Legal Counsel, Regulatory Investigations Expert

This role involves providing strategic legal advice on complex regulatory matters, including litigation and class actions involving key government agencies. You will work closely with a team to monitor and manage issues related to legislative and regulatory change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal guidance on significant regulatory investigations, preferably related to financial services regulation;
  • Monitor and proactively manage any issues relating to legislative and regulatory change;
  • Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders;
  • Work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
  • Network and build relationships easily;
Requirements:
  • At least 7-8 years PQE level experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house setting;
  • Experience working on complex regulatory investigations, preferably related to financial services regulation;
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills;
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements;
