Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Professional to join our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team. As a key member, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Compliance to stay abreast of regulatory changes, enhance compliance frameworks, and engage with colleagues to educate and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyse regulatory updates to ensure timely and thorough compliance
  • Promote organisational excellence by designing and monitoring effective controls that meet privacy and regulatory obligations
  • Lead the development and enhancement of our eGRC Compliance module, focusing on privacy and regulatory protocols
  • Drive updates to the Compliance Framework, embedding privacy and compliance best practices
  • Conduct assurance activities and targeted reviews to maintain high standards
  • Nurture strong relationships across all levels while delivering insightful compliance reports to senior leaders
About You
  • You should be an experienced Compliance Manager with a passion for privacy and regulatory compliance, ideally with experience in APRA/ASIC regulations
  • Your expertise will ensure the organisation safeguards sensitive data, adheres to evolving regulations, and fosters trust among all business units
