  • Lead and motivate a team of employment consultants across multiple sites.
  • Support them in all aspects of quality service delivery and performance.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

Oversight and Leadership
  • Oversight of multiple offices in VIC and NSW, including Albury, Wodonga, Cootamundra, Corowa, Temora, Tumut and Wagga Wagga.
  • Leading and empowering a team of employment consultants to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability.
Strategic Development
  • Facilitating staff training and development to ensure high-quality, person-centred services.
  • Developing strategies, programs and positive partnerships to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities.
Performance Analysis
  • Leveraging systems, tools, and reports to analyse and monitor individual, site and area performance and quality metrics.
  • Ensuring the achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarks.
Culture and Community
  • Fostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success.
  • Representing the organisation in the local community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment services.
