Overview

Are you a natural leader ready to guide a dynamic team and deliver impactful services across the community?

Responsibilities
  • In this role, you will ensure the highest quality of service delivery, supporting participants and their families to access and thrive through programs such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Lifetime Care, My Aged Care, and Community Care services. Acting as a vital link between internal teams and external stakeholders, including the NDIA, disability service providers, families, and health professionals, you will play a key role in fostering collaboration and achieving positive outcomes for the people we support.
  • As a CDS Team Leader, you will mentor, coach, and support staff to build their skills and confidence, ensuring consistency in service quality and participant outcomes. As a leader, you will also model best practices, uphold a culture of accountability, and inspire your team to deliver person-centred support every day.
You will need
  • Minimum of Certificate III in Community Services or related and/or relevant experience
  • Current valid Driver's Licence and the ability to undertake travel for the role
  • Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Right to Work within Australia
  • Satisfactory National Police Records Check (less than 12 months old)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
