We're looking for a seasoned Retention Strategist to drive retention and revenue growth within our customer base.
- This is an exciting opportunity to lead key projects, develop and optimize strategies, and translate the value of Customer Value Management into measurable business outcomes.
- As a key collaborator, you'll work on passionate projects that drive retention within our customer base, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver personalized journeys using machine learning.
- You'll accurately forecast churn and growth performance, reduce hard churn through strategic projects, and drive app penetration and engagement.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a proven track record in project management and experience working in an agile environment.
A strong background in email marketing and marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Segment is essential. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Pendula is a plus.
A tertiary qualification in a business or marketing-related field is required. You should be commercially minded, results-driven, and possess outstanding time management, attention to detail, and project management skills.
The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused approach to marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build successful relationships and steer cross-functional teams.
