About the Role

We're looking for a commercially-minded marketer to build and deliver results-driven campaigns. Your focus will be on demand generation—creating programs, campaigns, and rhythms that attract the right audience and drive measurable impact.

You'll execute essential marketing activities such as website management, social content, case studies, and events to keep the brand active and relevant.

As the sole dedicated marketer, you'll be hands-on and outcomes-focused, working efficiently with AI, automation, and smart tools to scale effective strategies.

This is not a corporate machine; it's an opportunity to lead through doing, shape marketing practices, and make your mark in a growth-oriented business.

The 70/30 rule applies here - 70% of your time is spent doing, while 30% is devoted to direction and leadership.

About You

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in complex environments
  • Experience in small to mid-sized companies, especially in consulting, tech, or services
  • Strong understanding of software development, cloud, and emerging technologies
  • Proven skills in campaign management, content creation, social media, and CMS updates
