Marketing Leadership Role

This role is responsible for spearheading the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies across ANZ.

The successful candidate will lead a team to drive pipeline and revenue growth, while working closely with Sales, RevOps, and the global marketing team to develop programs that resonate with buyers and convert demand into measurable pipeline impact.

  • Develop and execute a data-driven demand generation strategy to drive pipeline and revenue growth in line with regional goals and sales priorities
  • Leverage digital, paid media, ABM, email nurture, and content syndication channels to create integrated campaigns
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to define audience segments, territory priorities, and lead qualification criteria
  • Design and execute localized campaigns leveraging global campaign assets to ensure regional relevance and impact
  • Track, measure, and optimize marketing performance using analytics tools and marketing automation platforms
  • Work cross-functionally with content, brand, and product marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and brand consistency

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation and campaign strategy
  • Strong understanding of the ANZ enterprise technology market and buyer behavior
  • Proven track record of managing full-funnel programs and driving measurable pipeline impact
  • Experience with digital advertising, ABM platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with attention to detail and execution
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally in a global marketing environment
