About the Resident Lifestyle Officer Position

A coastal care facility is seeking a passionate and self-driven individual to join their team. The role involves developing and implementing comprehensive lifestyle programs that promote enjoyment and engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering lifestyle programs that cater to residents' diverse needs.
  • Coordinating daily delivery of lifestyle and therapy programs under the direction of the Facility Manager and Occupational Therapist.
  • Participating in the admission process by promoting lifestyle programs and assisting with resident orientation.
  • Maintaining high standards in dining services and serving as a liaison between residents and food services.
  • Managing lifestyle programs, including intergenerational activities, bookings, and bus trips.
  • Organizing resident and relative meetings.
  • Ensuring effective volunteer management.
  • Attending dining services and addressing resident queries.
