  • Partner closely with executive leadership to support strategic priorities and operations.
  • Act as a strategic liaison, confidently managing confidential communications and incoming requests.
  • Draft and coordinate high impact briefing notes, reports, and presentations.
  • Identify critical issues and take initiative to resolve them before they escalate.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure clear and consistent communication.
  • Lead and support projects that align with our CEO's agenda, from concept to completion.
  • Help design and deliver executive meetings, conferences, and special events.
