Procurement Professional Role

This role is focused on supporting the end-to-end procurement process, emphasizing analytics, compliance, and strategic sourcing.

The Procurement Specialist will ensure value delivery and alignment with enterprise goals including cost optimisation, ESG, supplier diversity, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

  • Deliver indirect procurement strategy across multiple non-property categories.
  • Develop sourcing strategies, conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and cost modelling.
  • Manage end-to-end RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier contracts.
  • Provide procurement analytics and reporting on spend, savings, KPIs, and supplier risk.
  • Support supplier relationship management, performance reviews, and compliance monitoring.
  • Drive operational excellence through procurement systems, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to embed procurement best practice, policies, and processes.
About You:
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in business, procurement, supply chain, analytics, or a related field.
  • Have 2-4 years' experience in indirect procurement or commercial sourcing, preferably in a corporate/real estate environment.
  • Possess strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Have experience with eProcurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Zycus, Tenderlinks, Global Rapid).
  • Be knowledgeable about ESG, sustainability, supplier diversity, and modern slavery compliance.
  • Be highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Have strong commercial acumen and a cost-conscious mindset.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
