About the Opportunity

We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic professionals to fill our Event Supervisor position. This is an exciting role that offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of casual staff on both set-up shifts and events.
  • Supervise a variety of events, including running small events solo, managing banquet dining, canapé, day delegate, and corporate boardrooms.
  • Supervise dining rooms on game days.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Demonstrate experience in corporate function and/or event management.
  • Show a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide high-quality service at all times.
  • Be reliable, well-presented, and physically fit.
  • Lead your team from the front, working actively on the floor when required.
  • Work under pressure and be flexible in your job role.
  • Hold a current Victorian RSA certificate and have flexible availability mid-week and including Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • Be able to work long shifts, day, and night.
