
Senior Call Centre Leadership Role

Green Light Worldwide is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Centre Manager to lead our front-line customer support team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and leading a high-performing call centre team
- Ensuring team performance targets are met through effective coaching, mentoring, and resource allocation
- Managing customer escalations and ensuring timely resolution
Requirements for the role include:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar leadership position within an inbound call centre environment
- Strong communication, organisational, prioritisation, decision-making, and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in technical, IT, or telecommunications sectors an advantage
