Call Centre Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned call centre manager with a proven track record of success to lead our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in managing a busy banking environment and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to drive results through coaching, training & mentoring.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a high-performing team culture, conducting regular performance management activities, and providing day-to-day support to team managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of call centre agents and team leaders to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct regular performance management activities, including performance planning, appraisals, and succession planning
  • Provide guidance and support to team managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in call centre management in a banking environment
  • Strong leadership skills and enthusiastic attitude to customer service
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results through coaching, training & mentoring
