As a seasoned leader in the Call Centre Management space, you will be responsible for driving a high-performing team to achieve exceptional client experience.
You will work closely with Client Services Team Leaders to ensure seamless coordination and efficient operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.
\Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of the Client Services Team Leaders to achieve exceptional client experience.
- Lead the team to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor performance metrics.
- Assist in managing operations through reporting, staff rostering, and skill assignment.
- Implement continuous improvement plans to enhance performance and address unsatisfactory results.
Previous leadership experience in a Call Centre environment within Financial Services is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to operate with integrity and a client-focused mindset are required.
