About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Investigator to join our Investigation Team at Tabcorp. As a Senior Investigator, you will be responsible for leading a small team in NSW, working across all aspects of our business to provide investigative services internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of investigators in NSW, providing guidance and support to ensure effective management of all legal and regulatory requirements, internal policies, and matters raised through Whistleblower channels.
  • Compile briefs of evidence and present them to regulators and/or police, demonstrating strong investigative experience and case management skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve compliance and regulatory processes, ensuring a focus on quality, compliance, and legislative process.
  • Collaborate with external regulators and/or law enforcement agencies to ensure effective communication and resolution of matters.
What You'll Bring
  • Strong investigative experience and case management skills, with a proven track record of leading teams and coaching, training, and mentoring others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Corporate business exposure and people skills, with a demonstrated understanding of complex regulatory and legislative environments.
  • A focus on quality, compliance, and legislative process, with experience working with external regulators and/or law enforcement agencies.
