We are seeking an accomplished and skilled Chef to join our dynamic team and bring their expertise to our vibrant kitchen. This opportunity offers a chance to showcase exceptional culinary skills in a collaborative and energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a diverse array of Punjabi and Indian dishes, including curries, tandoor items, and specialty dishes.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for menu innovations and seasonal updates.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and kitchen operations as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience as a Chef, preferably with a focus on Indian or Punjabi cuisine.
  • Strong understanding of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and traditional recipes.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
  • Minimum qualification: Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
  • Experience: 1-2 years as a Chef.
