Job Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Health Education Specialist to fill this key position. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering educational activities, providing ongoing feedback, and assessing student competency and performance, as well as creating engaging and compliant learning resources.

  • Design and deliver educational activities to meet course requirements and support student progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback and assess student competency and performance in accordance with course standards.
  • Develop effective, compliant learning resources for delivery and assessment purposes.

Current Course Offerings:

  • CHC33021 - Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability)
  • CHC43015 - Certificate IV in Ageing Support
  • HLTHPS007 - Administer and Monitor Medications

Selection Criteria:

  • Hold a relevant qualification at least at the level of the courses you are teaching.
  • TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent.
  • Experience in developing and delivering educational resources and assessments.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Aged Care or Disability Support Worker roles.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
