The role of Commercial Performance Manager requires a deep understanding of contractual management and negotiation.
Key responsibilities include managing and leading negotiating, structuring, and management of contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and/or partners.
The position involves reviewing and approving documents to ensure the company's contractual posture is protected and adhering to company policy.
Strong strategic background with ability to grasp big picture required.
Demonstrated experience in Managed Services Contract Management essential.
Able to actively participate in sales cycle, including commercial and contractual pre-sales support, tender requirement review and input, ensuring solution has cost and revenue aligned, and risks identified are mitigated.
Must be able to provide guidance and advice to subordinates within established company policies to meet schedules and resolve technical problems.
Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect the company.
Establishes and maintains appropriate systems for measuring operational management and development across Customer division.
