We are seeking a skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering efficient and effective procurement solutions.

The position involves executing end-to-end procurement activities, including planning, supplier engagement, RFx management, and contract execution. Key responsibilities include preparing RFx documentation, chairing evaluation panels, and producing purchase recommendations.

Other duties include providing supplier training and guidance, managing award communications, and delivering feedback to unsuccessful bidders. Collaboration with the Commercial team is essential for producing purchasing documentation.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or CIPS certification (or equivalent experience) is required. Demonstrated experience in procurement or sourcing within relevant industries is also necessary.

Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, process compliance, and financial principles to evaluate proposals is crucial. Proficiency in SAP Ariba or similar e-procurement tools, as well as MS Office suite, is also required.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. High attention to detail and strong report-writing capabilities are also important. A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering value and building strong supplier relationships are key qualities for this role.
