Key Job Responsibilities

This key role involves seeking and securing business through face-to-face sales calls, telephonic sales and on-site guest relations activities.

Job Duties
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all venue enquiries, bookings, and coordination.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and develop tailored event plans.
  • Coordinate logistical elements of events including staffing, catering, equipment, and vendor management.
  • Evaluate the venue's set-up and presentation standards to ensure excellence for each event.
  • Oversee event budgets and provide regular progress updates to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and recommend venue improvements.
  • Maintain a list of suppliers for supporting large-scale events such as conferences and weddings.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in similar events or venue coordination roles, preferably within hospitality or tourism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to work autonomously at times and also collaborate within a team at times.
