Event Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to oversee the successful planning and execution of events at our venue.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and utilize your exceptional organizational skills to deliver memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee event operations, ensuring seamless execution and excellent service standards.
  • Develop and implement tailored event plans that meet client requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Manage event logistics, including staffing, catering, equipment, and vendor management.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Support the wider team with various administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in event coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • A keen eye for detail and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Proficiency with event management software and MS Office suite.
