Job Title: Service Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Director to lead our KU Faulconbridge Children's Centre team. As a key member of our education and care services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and guidance to our educators and staff.

About the Role

The Service Director will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing high-quality education programs that meet the needs of our children and families
  • Leading and managing a team of educators and staff to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Collaborating with our education and quality team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our children, families, and community partners
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to our educators and staff to support their professional growth and development

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Australian working rights
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check
  • An ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree
  • Completed Child Protection Training and demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates and approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
  • NESA Teacher Accreditation
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations
  • Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
