Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled leader to join our Global E-Commerce Team. This fixed-term contract presents an opportunity to apply market-leading expertise across the business.

The ideal candidate will be a craft-centric professional with in-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, industry trends, and data/analytics foundations. They should have expertise in SEM or Paid Social knowledge, with a strong point of view on maximising impact from effort through attribution modelling, A/B testing & Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).

  • Lead the continuous improvement of Performance Marketing efforts through truly data-driven, ROI-focused, strategies
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to supercharge capabilities in data-driven Performance Marketing & drive ambitious Revenue Growth Goals
  • Cultivate a growth mindset within the team, coach channel owners in paid media, paid & owned channel optimizations, and lead tactical project roadmaps that optimise for LTV and funnel optimisation
