Strategic Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive business growth and innovation in the Asia Pacific region.
This is a rare opportunity to set the direction for a market-leading portfolio, develop and execute strategic plans, and lead high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving commercial performance, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and delivering measurable business results.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, managing budgets, tracking performance, and delivering business outcomes.
- Develop and lead the APAC Emergency Care marketing strategy - including market positioning, portfolio planning, and go-to-market execution
- Drive commercial performance - owning regional outcomes and making decisions rooted in strong business acumen
- Build and lead a high-performing regional marketing team
- Partner closely with country leaders, sales, medical education, and KOLs to drive adoption and growth
Skills and qualifications required include 5+ years of marketing management experience, a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, and experience working across Asia Pacific or a global region.
