Senior Marketing Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for Home Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for building brand affinity, positioning the business as a provider of choice, and delivering strategic initiatives that drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that maximise customer acquisition, retention, up-sell, cross-sell, and revenue opportunities.
  • Build brand awareness and affinity for Home Health through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute retention and loyalty strategies.
  • Identify and leverage strategic sponsorship opportunities to enhance Australian Unity's reputation.
  • Use customer data and insights to create customer propositions and test marketing communications.
  • Ensure seamless integration across all channels and platforms to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably post-graduate level.
  • Extensive experience in corporate marketing, with proven leadership in dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integrated brand and marketing strategies, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing drivers, including customer behaviour and market trends.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.
