Position Summary:

  • Manage all event and meeting spaces to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to drive future bookings.
  • Manage banquet enquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Execute event arrangements to exceed guest expectations.
  • Lead the banquets department with operational tasks, strategies, and team building initiatives.
  • Empower and support your team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Be the main point of contact for all external and internal clients for the Banquets department.

About You:

  • You hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • You have a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • You have relevant experience in a similar managerial role.
  • You have working rights in Australia.
  • You are enthusiastic about career growth and development.
  • You are self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
