Energy Automation Growth Manager

- This position requires a high-impact professional to pursue business opportunities across various sectors.
- You will work closely with internal teams to deliver customer-aligned, software-enabled energy solutions.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in business development, solution sales, and energy consulting.
Key qualifications include:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8-10+ years' experience in business development, solution sales, or energy consulting
- Proven success in the C&I, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build relationships with consultants, developers, EPCs, and asset owners
- Lead complex solution-selling engagements
- Influence market direction
Requirements:
- Familiarity with power distribution systems, substation automation, and Electrical SCADA
- Good knowledge of digital energy platforms, IEC 61850, and modern energy-as-a-service models
