About the RoleThis role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in business development, solution sales, and energy consulting to drive growth and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors, building strong relationships with consultants, developers, EPCs, and asset owners to position Schneider Electric as the partner of choice.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of power distribution systems, substation automation, and Electrical SCADA. Experience in digital energy platforms, IEC 61850, and modern energy-as-a-service models is also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in energy automation
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to increase market share
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver customer-aligned solutions

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field
- 8-10+ years' experience in business development, solution sales, or energy consulting
- Proven success in the C&I, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors
- Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, substation automation, and Electrical SCADA
This is a full-time role requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
