Production Assistant Job Description

About the Role

This full-time Production Assistant role is in our Sydney Roastery, working Monday to Friday from 7:30am-3:30pm, with flexibility to work until 5:30pm if needed. You'll help deliver coffee across the state and beyond.

  • Review orders with the team.
  • Deliver coffee via 'van runs' daily.
  • Pack customer orders following our processes.
  • Provide excellent service to our eCommerce customers.
  • Maintain stock levels of packing needs.
  • Prepare coffee for the next day.
  • Keep the Roastery tidy.

You'll Succeed in this Role If:

  • You're positive, proactive, and interested in coffee.
  • You have experience in hospitality or logistics, seeking a stable role with great work-life balance in the specialty coffee industry.
  • You hold a manual car license and can drive our van.
  • You possess strong communication skills.
  • You enjoy teamwork and independent work.
  • You're comfortable lifting up to 20kg.
  • You're willing to obtain a forklift license and operate it for warehouse tasks.
