Logistics Coordinator

As a
**Campos Logistics Coordinator,** you'll ensure all products received at and dispatched from our Banksmeadow warehouse are accurately recorded and that all food safety and quality standards are maintained. You will act as the key contact for all inbound and outbound freight.

Your main place of work will be your desk in the warehouse office at our Banksmeadow site (Eastern Suburbs). You will work Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM.

In this role, you'll love to:

- Ensure all our incoming and outgoing goods have the right documentation and are logged into our warehouse system (Sage) correctly
- Coordinate our logistics and stay in contact with our couriers to coordinate ETAs at our customers (Woolworths and Campos cafes)
- Process incoming orders and print labels
- Run reports to keep an eye on delivery times
- Maintain high standards of safety metrics, HACCP standards, receiving accuracy, CHEP Pallet accuracy, Cleanliness and GMP
- Support with ad hoc administrative tasks

We're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

- Strong data entry accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills: ability to read reports, handle Excel and quickly learn our warehouse management system (Sage)
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills to have effective communication with a variety of internal (team leaders, supply chain manager) and external stakeholders (e.g. couriers)
- Valid AU working rights
- Availability from 7 AM to 3 PM (with occasional overtime) during weekdays
