Coffee Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations: Process orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Roasting Support: Assist the Head Coffee Roaster and learn the ins and outs of the roasting process.
  • Delivery Logistics: Deliver orders with confidence, representing the company with pride.
  • Team Culture: Keep spirits high, promote teamwork, and uphold the company's values.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Coffee Connoisseur: 2-3 years' experience in hospitality, barista work, or coffee roasting preferred.
  • Safe Driving: Hold a clean, valid driver's license and have safe driving skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and online software.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership abilities with a knack for motivating teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ready to tackle challenges and drive company success.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills and a passion for top-notch customer service.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, task-oriented, and always ready to lend a hand.
