**Front Office Team Leader Job Description**

Pan Pacific Hotels Group operates a diverse portfolio of hotels, resorts and serviced suites across the globe.

We operate multiple hotels in Australia, including PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport, Pan Pacific Melbourne and PARKROYAL Monash.

This role is based at our hotel located adjacent to Melbourne Airport, offering 276 guest accommodation rooms and over 1000 square metres of conferencing space.

The Front Office Team Leader will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through smooth check-ins, efficient problem-solving and memorable moments.

  • This includes managing front office operations, leading a high-performing team and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Solid communication skills are essential to deliver outstanding customer service, respond to queries and resolve issues effectively.

In this role, you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
